The studio describes itself as waxing for everyone. It works with a body positive attitude and uses gender neutral prices, so the cost of a service does not depend on who books it. The Full Body Wax is open to all genders and covers everything from the neck down.

Online booking through Gloss Genius is available at any hour, and new clients must make their first appointment through that platform. There is no receptionist on site, so questions are handled by text or phone. Newcomers are advised to allow some extra time beforehand for intake forms and a bathroom stop. Arriving more than five minutes after the start time will likely result in the appointment being rescheduled.

Waxing ranges from small areas like lip, chin, brows and underarms to larger sessions such as the Full Body Wax, which takes about two hours and 45 minutes. Facials use Bioelements products, with options for teen skin, stressed or red skin, and a custom blend that starts with an individualized skin reading. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 10 am to 7 pm, Friday 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 8:30 am to 2:30 pm.

The studio recommends waxing every five to six weeks and asks clients to come in with about two weeks of growth, at least a quarter inch long, and no lotions or creams that day. A patch test 24 to 48 hours before an appointment is offered for anyone unsure how their skin will react.
