Appointments are private and personalized, and the studio describes its setting as relaxing, clean and caring. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:30am to 5pm, and Saturday from 10am to 2pm, and is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early to check in. Late arrivals have a 3-minute grace period, after which the appointment is cancelled and charged in full.

Booking can be done online at any hour, or by text or email with the preferred date, time and services. Advance booking is recommended, though most services can be accommodated the same day. Cancellations and changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations or changes are charged the full fee to the card on file, and a missed appointment without notice is charged in full the same way. Reminders go out by email and text 72 hours ahead, though delivery of reminders is not guaranteed.

Brazilian waxing is recommended every 4 to 6 weeks. Clients can be waxed during their period, with a tampon worn or provided, and may also be waxed during pregnancy. Before an appointment the studio suggests gently exfoliating 24 hours ahead with exfoliating gloves to help prevent ingrown hair, avoiding tanning for at least 24 hours, and skipping caffeine, which the studio says can make waxing more painful. An over-the-counter pain reliever may be taken about 30 minutes before.

The skin care menu includes a 60-minute European facial with deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a mask, moisturizer, sunscreen and massage of the face, hands and arms, which can be upgraded with a deeper pumpkin or papaya enzyme mask. A 30-minute enzyme treatment is also offered on its own. Two 45-minute PCA chemical peels are available: the Sensi Peel, a lighter peel recommended for sensitive skin and all skin types, and the Ultra Peel, designed for maturing and aging skin.
