Wax Craft works out of Suite 111 inside Phenix Salon Suites in Midlothian, and is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. The studio describes its waxing experience as exceptional and says each visit is personalized, with attention to comfort and satisfaction.
The menu covers the full face, lower face, arms, back, stomach and bikini and Brazilian areas. Most services run about 30 minutes, while a full stomach takes 15. The bikini service covers the bikini line, pubic mound and labia but not the butt strip, and the Brazilian is offered to clients with a vagina only, with a choice of strip, triangle or bare. Specific wishes for face services can be talked through at the appointment.
Stomach Strip, Inner Thighs and Butt Full are add-on areas that cannot be booked alone and are added to another visit. Butt Full covers the cheeks but not the butt strip.
Booking and payment follow a set policy. Clients are asked to cancel at least 24 hours ahead, late cancellations and no-call, no-show visits are charged the full service, and a card is kept on file to hold appointments without being charged before the visit unless policies are broken. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Changes are made only through Square booking or the Square Go app, not by DM or text. Clients under 18 need parental consent for their first appointment, and no extra guests or children are allowed in the wax room. The studio accepts card and cash, with cash preferred, but not Venmo or CashApp.
The studio focuses on a personalized visit with attention to comfort and client satisfaction.
