Hours vary by day: Monday and Wednesday mornings until 1:30 PM, Thursday and Friday until 8 PM, Saturday until 5 PM, Sunday until 4 PM, and the studio is closed on Tuesdays. The menu covers waxing from small areas such as the upper lip up to full legs, along with brow services and prepaid packages.
Brow services are split by visit history. A first brow appointment includes a consultation, a trim and a fill-in, and does not cover the forehead. Brow lamination is described as a perm for the brow hairs that can give a fuller, more even look and help with thinning or unruly brows. Semi-permanent tinting dyes the fine hairs around the edge of the brow and can stain the skin for a time. The two can be booked together as a 90-minute visit.
Body waxing is priced by area and by whether the client is new or returning to a service. Intimate services are for female anatomy only and are limited to clients 18 and older, with proof of ID required for some of them.
Packages are sold as six visits for the price of five, usable for one year, or 13 visits for the price of 10, usable for two years. Several Brazilian and intimate packages are meant for clients who have had that service before. Existing package credits apply automatically at checkout when a client books as usual.
Booking policies are firm. A no-show is charged the full visit total with no option to convert it to credit, depending on the circumstance. A cancellation made less than 24 hours ahead is charged half the visit total, which can be used as credit if the client rebooks within 7 days. Arriving more than five minutes late means the appointment is rescheduled and treated as missed. After two missed appointments clients must message the business before booking again, and after three they are blocked from booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for online bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
