The studio is open Monday to Thursday from 7AM to 6PM, Friday from 9AM to 6PM, and Saturday from 8AM to 2PM. Appointments are booked by availability only, by text or call at 818-648-7158. Clients should arrive with clean, dry skin and no lotion or oils, avoid showering or bathing within an hour before the visit, and come on time or up to five minutes early. Hair should not be shaved for two and a half to three weeks beforehand, and clients who arrive without enough grown-out hair are still charged for the service.

Waxing is done with soft wax, spread in a thin layer and lifted off with a cloth strip. Clients taking prescription medications should tell the esthetician before a service, and waxing or exfoliating services are not performed for anyone who has used Accutane in the last six months. Numbing creams can be applied 30 to 45 minutes before a service, according to the studio's guidance. Menstruation does not prevent a waxing appointment, and tampons or cups are welcome during the service.

The studio asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made less than 24 hours before a confirmed appointment forfeit the deposit, and no-shows or same-day cancellations incur a 100% fee based on the full reserved service. Children are not allowed in the studio unless a parent is accompanying a teen to the appointment. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, Apple Cash, PayPal, and credit or debit cards, with Zelle and PayPal payments sent using the Personal/Friends and Family option without notes or memos.

Follows strict hygiene practices so every service stays clean, using soft wax applied in a thin layer.
