The studio says its technicians are experienced with sensitive areas and use high-quality wax for its waxing services.

Every visit is booked by appointment through the Vagaro link on the home page. A non-refundable booking retainer reserves each appointment and is applied toward the total, so it is not an extra fee. One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice, and the retainer moves to the new time. Cancellations, including same-day ones, and no-shows forfeit the retainer, and no-shows are charged the full service total. A card kept on file is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. A five-minute grace period applies, and arriving ten minutes late counts as a no-show and cancels the appointment.

New clients complete an online intake form before booking, and every client signs a consent form before their appointment. Guests and children are not allowed during appointments unless approved in advance, and the studio may refuse service to clients who behave inappropriately, disrespectfully, or abusively. Students and faculty at UCF and Valencia can get special deals when they show a valid ID at the appointment. The studio is closed on Sundays, and contact is by text only at 407-885-4212 during business hours, since the studio does not take calls.

Before a visit, hair should be about an inch long or the size of a grain of rice, and clients should not trim it first. Shaving between waxing appointments is not recommended. For a bikini or Brazilian wax, hair should have about two weeks of growth, or at least reach the size of a grain of rice, so the full service can be completed.
