About

Wax Artistry offers hair removal by waxing for women and men at two locations in Texas, one in Watauga and one in North Richland Hills. The menu covers the face, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, underarms and bikini areas, and includes women's and men's Brazilian waxing.

The business says it aims to offer some of the best hair removal services in the industry. It describes body waxing as giving longer-lasting results, with less regrowth, fewer ingrowns and no shaving rash, and says its focus is on keeping each treatment as comfortable for the client as possible.

Hours differ by location. Watauga is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm, and is closed Monday. North Richland Hills is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, takes Wednesday visits by appointment, and is closed on weekends. Clients can book online, and the business lists a phone number, (217) 649-7677, and the email donna@waxartistry.biz.

A valid credit card must be kept on file to book, and any outstanding fees need to be settled before a new appointment can be made. A client who shows up more than 7 minutes after the appointment time is charged 50% of the booked services, with a $25 minimum. Late fees and cancellation fees cannot be refunded and must be cleared before the client can rebook. Appointment changes made within 6 hours of the start time cannot be done online and have to be handled by phone. The business may decline service to anyone, as permitted by law.

Focuses on keeping each treatment as comfortable for the client as possible.
