The menu covers many areas: small spots such as the lip, ears, nose and a miscellaneous patch, face and brow work including full-face and advanced brow services, underarms, arms, legs, back, stomach and intimate waxing. Each service lists its appointment length, from about five minutes for a lip to an hour for a sugar Brazilian with vajacial, so clients can plan their visit.

Intimate waxing is a large part of the menu. Brazilians come in several versions: a standard Brazilian, a longer first-time Brazilian for clients new to the service, a Brazilian with a cooling hyaluronic and aloe mask and high-frequency treatment, and a sugar Brazilian paired with a vajacial. The vajacial uses AHA and BHA acids and is also offered on its own with steam.

Booking has a few firm rules. Appointment changes must be made the day before. Added appointment time has to be booked along with the main service, and clients more than five minutes late may be cancelled; added time is not refunded if a client arrives on time. A hard-wax Brazilian must be booked on a different day from a vajacial, and a vajacial needs skin with no hair, so it is recommended on the same day as a sugar Brazilian or within the same week as either Brazilian.

For a first Brazilian, hair should be about 2.5 to 3 weeks past shaving. Hair longer than six weeks should be trimmed evenly with an electric trimmer and a medium guard beforehand, and a $10 upcharge applies to Brazilians when hair is over six weeks grown.
