Each first-time guest has a phone consultation with Ali before the first appointment. Waxing is offered for the face and the body, with services listed from a single lip or brow wax up to a full leg or full back. Clients are asked to wait two to three weeks after their last shave, with hair at least a quarter inch long, and to exfoliate one to two days before the appointment. The business recommends waiting 24 hours after waxing before exercise, intercourse, tanning or anything that causes rubbing and sweating. Waxing is not recommended while using retinol or Accutane products.
