Membership includes same-day or next-day appointments, telemedicine and virtual visits, and direct access by phone, text and email. After hours, members receive a number to reach the physician by text or phone. The practice recommends calling rather than emailing or texting for anything urgent. Prescription refills are handled for established patients when appropriate; patients who are not yet established cannot have medications filled there. A non-refundable $75 enrollment fee applies, and a consultation followed by enrollment within 30 days can be credited toward it. Appointments begin with a consultation, and the injection itself usually takes only a few minutes with no major restrictions afterward. Daxxify can be combined with Opus Plasma resurfacing, Alma Harmony and microneedling.
