The facial menu includes an acne facial, an anti-aging facial, a classic 60-minute facial, an advanced anti-aging facial with nanoneedling and an Ultra Lift mask, and two peels: the O2 Jewelry Peel, which uses twice-refined diamond particles, and the Princess Peel, which uses sea sponge spicules to deliver ingredients into the skin and is also called bio-microneedling. Facials use the ISov and StoryDerm Korean skincare lines, with some products from SkinScript. Nanoneedling can be added to a facial for $30 to $45, depending on the serum chosen.

Waxing is done with a hard film wax, which the business says makes waxing quicker and less painful while removing unwanted hair. The menu runs from small areas like lips, chin and eyebrows to larger areas such as full arms, full back, full leg and Brazilian.

Recommended intervals are every 4 to 6 weeks for both waxing and facials, with waxing best once hair has grown out about 2 weeks or 1/4 inch. Clients who are pregnant should mention it at or before a facial. Waxing is offered during pregnancy but may feel more sensitive. Clients on Accutane or other acne medications cannot be waxed until 6 months after stopping. Retinoids should be avoided for 7 days before a wax and 5 to 7 days before a facial, and exfoliating should stop 48 hours before a wax and 3 days before a facial. The no-show fee is 50% of scheduled services, and cancellations or reschedules need at least 12 hours' notice to avoid the same charge.
