Color is the core of the work. New color clients start with a 30-minute Color Consultation, and a $50 non-refundable deposit paid at that visit is credited toward the color total. Options include a single color from roots to ends, root touch-ups, partial, full and mini foil, dimensional color that pairs a root touch-up with foils, and color refreshes with a toning gloss. Toner is available alone or as a $60 add-on to a haircut. Longer day-rate sessions for gray transitions, color corrections and major changes require a consultation and a $100 non-refundable deposit, and must be arranged by contacting the salon rather than online.
Several bundled packages combine color, blonding, a cut and a blow-dry into one booking. These include Signature Blonding, which the salon describes as its most popular service, along with Maintenance Blonding, Express Blonding, Signature Color, Signature Color Refresh, Signature Dimension and High Maintenance Baddie. Basic Blow-Dry and Blow Out packages are sold as five-visit bundles, each valid for one year and non-refundable and non-transferable.
Extension work begins with a one-hour Extension Consultation, which is required before any install is booked. Installs start at $800 and include the hair and a care product package. A deposit taken at the consultation covers custom-colored hair ordered for the client. Women's haircuts, blow-dries, special occasion styling and makeup application are also offered, and the salon can travel to a location for special occasion hair and makeup by arrangement.
Policies are set out in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours ahead avoid a fee. Later cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the booked service, and cancellations under 24 hours may be charged up to 100%. No-call, no-shows are charged the full service, and exceptions are at the salon's discretion. Children are not permitted. The salon accepts Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, AfterPay on qualifying orders, and cash. Free parking is in the lot, and complimentary beverages and snacks are offered. The salon is not wheelchair accessible.
New color clients and extension clients begin with a consultation before any service is booked. Appointments are scheduled in advance with reminders sent ahead of each visit.
