Eyelash extensions are planned around each client's face, preferred style and natural lash line using facial mapping. The business describes its approach as artistic and says it uses advanced techniques and top brands in the industry.

Extensions are applied one lash at a time to natural lashes with medical-grade adhesive. A full set usually takes about two to four hours and a fill about an hour and a half to two hours. Only extensions suited to a client's natural lash weight and length are placed, and the business may decline a requested look that would not suit them. Clients arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, eye products, caffeine and curls, keep their eyes closed during the service, and silence their phones. Guests are not allowed at appointments. Sets typically last about two to three weeks, and fills are recommended every two to three weeks. Fills booked 14 to 21 days after a set require at least half of the extensions to remain; anything past four weeks is treated as a full set. Within the first 48 hours, the business offers a complimentary removal for an allergic reaction and a complimentary fix for other lash issues. A patch test can be booked as a Trial Test for clients who may be sensitive to the adhesive.

Permanent jewelry is custom-sized for each client, has no clasp, and is welded closed on the wrist with a special machine. Appointments take about 15 to 30 minutes and are booked for one person. Chains are offered in 14k gold and sterling silver, with gold pieces gold-filled and silver at .925 sterling. Chains that break or stretch within two weeks of welding are replaced or re-welded at no charge, while re-welding after two weeks costs $25. Permanent jewelry can be removed at any time by cutting it, and the business can assist with a cut at the jump ring for surgery or an MRI. Private jewelry parties for birthdays, bridal celebrations and girls' nights in require a minimum total spend of $500, and the host receives a free bracelet.

Training is offered one-on-one. The Classic plus Introduction to Volume course is a two-day program for beginners, covering lash mapping, styling for different eye shapes, retention troubleshooting, infection control, adhesive specifications and business basics such as branding and marketing. It costs $1,800 with a non-refundable $550 deposit. Volume Training, for artists with prior classic experience, costs $1,000 for one day without a model or $1,200 for two days with a model. A 1-day refresher workshop is available for those with prior classic, volume or mega volume experience at $750. Training includes breakfast, coffee and lunch on training days, a Certificate of Completion, a deluxe kit, a lash manual, and lifetime mentorship.
