Appointments are required, and walk-ins are not accepted. Services and shopping time are booked online, where a waitlist is also available. Provider schedules are often full three to four months ahead. A credit or debit card holds the booking but is not charged at that point, and clients may pay another way after the service. Street parking is limited to two hours, so longer appointments should use the Justice Center garage. Couples and group sessions are not offered at this time.

The online shop carries bath and body items, candles, herbs, tea, books, crystals, incense and cleansing cauldrons from small, independent and family-owned makers. Orders ship by UPS within 72 hours to addresses in the United States only, with no P.O. box delivery, and online shop returns are not accepted. Gift cards are nonrefundable. Each provider keeps their own gift card sales and schedule, so a card works only with the provider it was bought from, except Wand & Willow cards, which cover Wendy Piedad's services and shop products.

Treatments lean on named natural products, including a soy-based hand wax, algae masks and herbal and aromatic elements, and some facials offer options such as adjustable peel depth after a consultation.
