Booking is by appointment only, Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 7pm. Consent forms are emailed at booking and should be completed before the visit. Prices are set upfront and include the built-in gratuity, so the studio is tip-free and there are no add-on charges. A patch test is available for any brow, lash or skin service, free and lasting 15 minutes; clients wait 72 hours after it before booking a treatment, and the studio notes that a patch test cannot rule out a reaction appearing later.

The Muse Facial is a one-hour facial with skin analysis, a deep cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, extractions as needed, a custom mask and finishing products. The Artist's Facial runs one hour and 45 minutes and is built from a menu of options such as dermaplaning, peels, hydrodermabrasion, diamond dermabrasion, nano needling, electroporation, EMS, LED light therapy and oxygen infusion, chosen for each session. Corrective chemical peels, a medium-depth peel lasting an hour, are tailored to each client and are used for acne, congestion, post-breakout scarring, pigmentation, melasma, uneven tone, fine lines, texture and enlarged pores. Microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, creates micro-channels in the skin and comes as a face and neck treatment or a face, neck and chest treatment; packaged appointments receive 10 percent off. It cannot be done with active acne, skin infections, recent sunburn, pregnancy or nursing, or current isotretinoin use.

Acne clients can enroll in the studio's Clear Skin Method, a structured program. It opens with a 90-minute first appointment covering a review of skin condition and daily habits, a reactivity check, and a peel chosen for the client, either enzyme-based or corrective, with extractions done where needed, plus either high frequency or blue light treatment, ending with a home regimen. Until skin improves, sessions take place every fortnight across roughly three to four months, and the prescribed home products must be purchased during that first visit. After clearing, upkeep appointments fall every two or three months. The program also reviews possible acne triggers, among them diet, stress, sleep, hair products, makeup, laundry detergent, and hormonal or medication effects. Some active ingredients, namely salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, vitamin A, and TCA, are unsafe during pregnancy or breastfeeding, so people in that situation cannot have in-studio acne treatments or extractions until after. The studio recommends consulting a physician before beginning or staying on the program.

Brow and lash services are offered alongside the skin work. Brow shaping maps the brows for proportion and facial structure and suits first-time clients. Brow lamination redirects brow hair for a fuller, lifted look, lasting about four to six weeks with aftercare. Brow tint is a custom blend chosen at the appointment; the classic version stains the skin for three to five days and the hair color lasts up to three weeks, while the hybrid tint stains for five to seven days and lasts up to six weeks. Brow trim is for returning clients between full shaping visits. The studio favors refining brows over one-visit sculpting and may leave time for regrowth. Lash lifts are customized to eye shape and last six to eight weeks, and bottom lash lifts are only offered together with a top lift. Lash extension removal and lash lift reversal are also available, while classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions are not currently accepting new clients.
