Facials form the core of the menu. A customized facial is offered in 30-minute and 60-minute versions, and a Lifting and Sculpting Facial runs 75 minutes. Facials for normal skin are recommended about every four weeks, while facials for problematic and advanced results skin are recommended every two to four weeks. Add-on treatments include LED light therapy, peels, microdermabrasion, micro current, gua sha and radio frequency. A 45-minute purifying back treatment is also available.

Eyebrow services include maintenance styling (trimming, waxing and tweezing, generally every four to six weeks), eyebrow design (every three to four weeks), brow tinting and shaping, and lash tinting. Waxing includes Brazilian and bikini services, recommended about every four weeks. Makeup services cover innovative makeup application, traveling makeup, makeup shopping and makeup lessons, and total bridal packages are offered.

The boutique sells its own retail skin care, including cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, masks, lip care, body care and skin care tools. The business describes these products as USA made, vegan and ethically sourced, and says it never tests on animals. Laundry care products are also sold. Gift cards are available in $75, $100, $150 and $300 amounts.

Booking requires a credit card, and each client keeps a payment on file. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment may carry a fee, and late cancellations, no-shows and lateness-related rescheduling may be charged 50% of the service. Zelle and Venmo are the preferred payment methods. New clients complete an intake form, appointments do not overlap, and clients are asked not to arrive more than 10 minutes early.
