Color is done exclusively with O&M (Original & Mineral). The salon calls the brand industry-leading and describes its color as vibrant, long-lasting and free of harsh chemicals. Options range from color only and hilites to mini hilites at the hairline and part, root touch-ups, all-over color or gloss, and toners. Color and extension services require a new client consultation first, which is 30 minutes and free.

Styling and treatments use Oway (Organic Way) products, which are made with biodynamic, organic and fair-trade ingredients and come in eco-friendly packaging. In-salon treatments include an O&M Smooth + Shine treatment made with organic macadamia oil, an Oway Hair Mask in a moisturizing or Silk n Glow version applied under heat, and an Oway Scalp Detox with four options. The salon describes the scalp detox as 100% natural and organic.

The salon is open Tuesday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Wednesday from 12 PM to 7:30 PM, and Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Changes to appointments need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full booked price. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, can be scheduled for delivery, and are final once sold.
