Wake Up To Your Light Wellness

Wake Up To Your Light Wellness is a facial studio in Marietta, run by its practitioner Lynette. The business presents itself as a place where spiritual practice and skincare meet, and its focus is Reiki and frequency-based healing, with holistic facial rituals offered alongside.

Lynette has spent more than 30 years studying spirituality and energy work. Her offerings include Reiki, quantum frequency healing, the Antojai Quantum Reiki method and sound-based techniques that use sound bowls. She is also a certified Life Coach, which is why she can pair a facial with coaching in the Customized Facial With Spiritual Coaching session.

Each facial is built around a different mix of skin care and energy work. The Ultimate Glow Up Facial uses a cucumber treatment with lactic acid to exfoliate, hydrate and refresh the skin, and includes the Botanical Bloom Hydrating Mask, infused with rose, orchid and daisy. The business says this facial is meant to diminish dark spots and reduce redness. The Sound Healing Facial uses a personalized sound bath with sound bowls, performed under LED light, to balance the chakras. The business says sound healing can help calm the body and mind, ease stress and anxiety, support sleep and activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

The Antojai Quantum Reiki Facial includes Quantum Reiki healing on the top chakras throughout the facial. During the last 30 minutes, the remaining chakras are balanced and cleared while the client rests under LED light. Sessions can be quiet, with a summary at the end, or include channeled guidance during the treatment. The Customized Facial With Spiritual Coaching lets clients choose a facial, adds LED light therapy and may include energy healing, and includes coaching from a certified Life Coach. Clients may record that session on a phone or other device.

Practice blends intuitive energy healing with Antojai Quantum Reiki and sound-based frequency work, with holistic facial rituals as a complement.
