Scalp treatments come in two lines. The Herbal Line is formulated without silicones or sulfates and suits thinning or excessive shedding, weak or fragile roots, and sensitive, inflamed or imbalanced scalps, as well as guests who prefer a more natural formula. It is not color-safe, so it is not recommended for color-treated hair. The Japanese Line is designed for itchiness, dandruff, dryness and oil imbalance, and all of its products are color-safe and aimed at lasting hydration for scalp and hair. A 60-minute treatment covers the scalp only, while an 80-minute treatment adds an extended hair treatment for nourishment and hydration. Hair is blow-dried afterward, but no styling is done. Scalp care uses Milbon hair care lines, and the essential oils in services come from doTERRA.
The studio has two private scalp spa suites with privacy curtains, spa chairs and treatment equipment, and a lounge with unlimited coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks. A separate Quantum Resonance Energy Chamber pairs a bio-resonance pod with infrared light and vibration massage, and the business notes that it uses an ozone sterilization system. Guests are asked to arrive five minutes before their appointment.
Services are offered only to women or couples. Party bookings for six to ten people include four hours of exclusive use of the facility, and they require a 50% deposit and confirmation by phone or email. Gratuity is not included.
The business builds its treatments around the condition of the scalp and hair, choosing between a natural-formula line and a color-safe hydrating line based on what the client needs.
Two private suites and a lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks create a calm, self-contained setting for scalp care.
