VXN Esthetics is run by owner esthetician Cat Nixon, a licensed esthetician with more than five years in practice who has served over 3,000 individual clients in Tennessee. The studio is open Wednesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed Monday and Tuesday.

About

The menu covers waxing from single areas to full body, along with brow shaping, lash tinting and lifting, makeup, and a range of facials. In between are options such as the Refine Facial, designed for congested skin, and the Reveal Facial, made for sensitive skin prone to redness and dryness. Peels range from a Lactic Peel to a Jessner Peel, and add-ons such as LED light therapy, a scalp treatment and lip treatments can be added to a visit.

Every service booked through the GlossGenius site requires a deposit at the time of booking. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel, or five days for full body appointments. Each client gets one courtesy late cancellation, where the deposit moves to a rescheduled visit; full body appointments are excluded from this. After that, a cancellation inside the notice window forfeits the deposit. No-call no-shows are charged the full service price.

The studio describes its aim as a welcoming, educational space where clients feel at ease in their own skin and nobody is judged for their choices.
