Prices start at a set amount for each style, and the final cost depends on the design, hair density and length. Estimated appointment times are listed for each service, ranging from about 10 minutes for jewelry to around 6 hours for box braids or tribal braids. Hair needs to be at least 5 inches for most braiding services and 6 inches for crafted braids. Longer hair beyond 20 inches carries an extra charge, and hair that is not at least 6 inches long all over may incur an additional fee.
Booking requires a deposit, which ranges from $5 to $100 depending on the service, and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations are requested at least 48 hours ahead, and late cancellations or no-shows lose the deposit and are charged half the booked service. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late face either a half-price cancellation charge or a $20 late fee if the appointment goes ahead. The business is open Tuesday through Friday and Saturday, and before or after posted hours or on Sunday requires an extra $50 with approval. Last-minute squeeze-ins carry an additional fee and may need up to 24 hours to confirm.
