Each visit starts with a conversation about the client's concerns, and the stylist works with the client to shape a plan that suits their hair. Because every stylist sets their own prices and uses their own color lines and hair care products, pricing and product choices can differ between stylists, so clients are asked to call and ask before booking.

Gift certificates are available. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and clients who cancel later are charged half the reserved service.
