Full sets take roughly two to three hours depending on style, and the volume set is the longest.

Maintenance is organized around when a client last came in. Fills are booked as either a one-to-two week or a two-to-three week interval, and each style has its own fill price. A fill only works if enough of the existing lashes remain, roughly 40 to 50 percent; if fewer remain, the visit is charged as a full set. Fills booked more than 21 days after the last visit are also charged as a full set. Lashes done by another artist can be taken over with a separate foreign fill appointment.

Clients should arrive with clean, bare lashes, free of mascara, glue, or debris. Silent appointments are available on request. New clients and full sets require a $30 nonrefundable deposit that is applied to the balance at checkout. Digital payments carry a processing fee, while balances paid in cash do not. Squeeze-in and after-hours appointments depend on availability, and after-hours visits carry an extra $25 fee. Reschedules need at least 72 hours' notice, and the deposit can be reused once for that. Cancellations inside 72 hours incur a 50 percent fee, and cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Refunds are not given, but complimentary removal is offered if an allergic reaction is reported within 48 hours of the last service. A referral program gives $10 off the next service for a referred friend's completed set and $5 off for leaving a review.
