Services are by appointment only, and the studio is open from 8 AM to 9 PM every day of the week. Treatments are tailored to what each client wants, and the team can select products and steps to fit the goal of the visit. Booking deposits run from $15 to $50 depending on the service, and some deposits apply only to new clients. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked through the services page.

Waxing covers face, body and intimate areas. Brazilian waxes start at $65 and include a booty strip for female anatomy, and a Manzilian option is offered for male anatomy from $80. Hair needs to be at least 1/4 inch long for a Brazilian. A first-time Brazilian is priced at $60 and takes about 40 minutes, and it includes a butt strip and a free HydroJelly mask. Some waxing packages must be scheduled 7 to 14 days before or after a Brazilian. Facial menus include the Hecate Express Dermaplane Facial, the Theia Custom Facial, the Persephone Rejuvenating Facial and a Chemical Peel. Vajacial options range from the Deluxe LED Vajacial to the Cloud 9 Oxy Vajacial, which cannot be done on the same day as a Brazilian wax, and the Ritual Reset Vajacial plus Brazilian. Skin lightening is offered in individual areas and as multi-session packages using an intimate TCA solution.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time incur a 50% service fee, and no-shows are charged the full price of the service, with fees possibly charged to the card on file. Late cancellations made because of feeling unwell or because of the menstrual cycle fall under the same policy.

Treatments are customized to what each client is looking for, with product and step choices made around the individual's skin or waxing goals.
