Bridal is the core of the business. Three bridal packages are offered: The Essential Bridal Experience at $450, The Luxe Bridal Experience at $610 and The Signature Bridal Experience at $850. The Essential covers wedding-day makeup and hair in a soft glam or natural finish, with skin prep, a touch-up kit and travel within 50 miles. The Luxe adds a makeup and hair trial and soft to full glam customization. The Signature adds a makeup and hair preview, a bridal portrait session, skin prep and a touch-up kit. Travel fees may apply to bridal packages, and bridal bookings are requested through the bridal inquiry form on the website. Hair-only and makeup-only bridal services and previews are also available in the studio, priced separately.

Studio appointments are the other main option. The Studio Experience covers Luxe Glam, Signature Styling, Glam Waves and Luxe Makeup & Hair services, and the after-hours menu offers similar looks for evening events. Mobile appointments travel to clients Monday through Thursday within 35 miles round trip, and the artist should be contacted before booking to confirm availability and travel. On-location bookings Friday through Sunday need at least three services or carry a $75 travel fee. Appointments before 9:00 AM or after 6:00 PM carry a $40 convenience fee.

Booking requires a non-refundable retainer, which is applied to the final balance, and a valid credit or debit card kept on file. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the service time are charged the full reserved total. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, a $20 late fee applies at 11 to 15 minutes late, and arriving more than 15 minutes late without contacting the artist counts as a no-show. Accepted payment on the day is cash, credit or debit card, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App; checks are not accepted.

The studio is described as calm and polished from start to finish.
