The Dermaplane Facial is meant to smooth and brighten the complexion and to help makeup sit more evenly. The Vonché Signature Facial is a relaxing treatment aimed at improving skin tone and texture. The Brazilian Wax removes unwanted hair in the intimate area using soft or hard wax, and is currently offered to women only.

Appointments are booked online through the scheduling page, which separates facial and waxing bookings. The business lists weekday evening hours from 5pm to 10pm and Saturday hours from 10am to 3pm. The Vonché Skin products are built for acne, hyperpigmentation, blackheads and uneven skin tone. Orders are processed within one to two business days, and domestic U.S. shipping usually takes two to five business days. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, and tracking numbers are emailed to the address given at checkout. Once a package is in USPS custody, delivery is USPS's responsibility, and the business is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Staff aim to answer customer service and general inquiries within 24 hours.
