Every cosmetic surgery and therapy begins with a required consultation covering concerns, an examination, alternatives, expected results, risks and aftercare. Patients are asked to bring health records and any operative notes from earlier cosmetic surgery in the area of concern, and those who had earlier surgery elsewhere can request the operative report from the hospital, clinic or original surgeon. Before a visit, patients can talk by email, Skype or phone to decide whether to go further. Some treatments such as Botox or wrinkle fillers can be done the same day as the consultation, while surgical consultations happen before the surgery date and are not held on the day of surgery. The practice says it evaluates new therapies for efficacy and safety before offering them.

The range covers four areas. Body procedures include tummy tuck, mini tummy tuck, liposuction and 360 liposuction, labiaplasty, EmFemme vaginal rejuvenation and the mommy makeover, with non-surgical options such as SculpSure, Emsculpt NEO and Exion Body. Breast work includes augmentation, implant revision, lift, reduction, male breast reduction and nipple repair, and revisional surgery is offered for patients who had breast surgery elsewhere. Face procedures range from facelift and neck lift to eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, brow lift, chin and cheek work, ear surgery, lip augmentation and facial fat grafting. Skin services include injectables, RF microneedling, microdermabrasion, resurfacing peels, Obagi and SkinMedica programs, dermabrasion, scar revision, permanent makeup, eyelash extensions and facial waxing.

Most cosmetic surgeries are day procedures, though overnight stays can be arranged, especially for the first night of care. More complex operations are performed at The Center for Ambulatory Surgery on Commonwealth Avenue in Boston or at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, which the practice says offers discounted rates to its patients. The Newton office is in the Chatham Center building, with free parking in the lot or underground garage behind it, and it sits near major highways, about 20 minutes from downtown Boston and about 30 minutes from Logan Airport. Several hotels are nearby. Staff can help arrange transportation for out-of-town patients, and a concierge service through Hotel Recovery can arrange lodging, transportation and post-surgical nursing or personal attendant care. Air travel is discouraged for five to seven days after most cosmetic surgery.

Costs are discussed at consultation and depend on the technique and treatment area. Surgical procedures are generally paid in full before the procedure. Bank checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for surgery, and personal checks follow the practice's financial policies. Financing is available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later option with some 0% APR plans subject to eligibility, and through CareCredit.
