Voila Professional

Voila Professional works on sew-in hair systems, built around a planned schedule rather than a single appointment. The 6 Month Sew-In System is organized as a series of visits: an installation, a maintenance visit six weeks later, optional retouches, and a removal once the wear period ends.

Installation begins with a scalp detox and a deep cleansing shampoo, followed by a hydrating reconstructive conditioning treatment, a blow-dry and a trim. Before photos are taken, and the install, cut and style are completed in the salon. Closures are part of the process, and installs are done only in the salon.

New clients start with a virtual consultation before any installation is booked. If the installation is secured with a deposit at the end of that call, the consultation fee is applied to the service. Hair is not included in the service price, and new clients do not bring their own hair; the stylist orders it after the consultation. Returning clients may be considered for bringing their own.

Between visits, clients can use a weekly scalp care program at home, which is included with maintenance, and a complimentary after-care guide. A bi-monthly scalp detox is recommended in the salon and can also be done at home. The salon notes that hair growth varies from person to person, and that genetics, hormones, nutrition, supplements, stress and products all play a part.

Installs use a customizable braiding technique and a flat foundation designed to protect the hair from the net. The salon recommends cutting off all split ends before the system goes in.
