The salon is in a suite on Avenue J in Arlington, north of I-30 and west of 360, a short drive from Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, Dallas Cowboys Stadium and Texas Rangers Stadium.

Appointments are booked by calling or texting, and the salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 4pm. Payment is by cash, Zelle or Apple Pay, and no membership or pass is needed to book a service. Men are welcome as clients.

Each waxing visit follows the same order: the skin is prepped, the wax is applied, and aloe vera gel is put on afterward to soothe the skin. The wax is a high-quality European formula, and the salon describes its waxing and facial services as quick.

Beyond the chair, the business works with Under the Bridge Ministries, a Texas nonprofit. Every Sunday from 5 PM, the team serves community members on Lancaster under the I-35 bridge in Fort Worth, offering warm meals, clothing, drinks, haircuts and hygiene products, whatever the weather.

Each waxing visit follows a set sequence of skin prep, wax and aloe aftercare, in a clean and sanitized room.
