The menu is built around protective styles. Knotless braids are installed with no knot at the root and include premium extensions, usually taking three to eight hours depending on size, with a wear time of six to eight weeks. Bohemian braids are knotless braids with a curly human hair blend worked throughout, taking about five to seven hours with a wear time of four to six weeks. Box braids, Fulani braids, twists and locs are also offered, along with cornrows and sew-in weaves where the client supplies their own hair.

Prices depend on hair length, thickness and extensions, so listed figures are starting points. Custom quotes are available by calling the studio, and styles not on the menu can be requested with a reference photo, which may be priced differently. Group bookings for weddings, events and family sessions are arranged through the studio.

A deposit secures each appointment and is deducted from the final balance. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, and at least 48 hours' notice is asked for cancellations or reschedules. A no-show must pay a new deposit before rebooking. Bookings can be made by phone or text, or by TikTok direct message.

Clients are asked to arrive with freshly washed, detangled, blown-out or stretched hair and to skip heavy products or oils the day before. The studio says it takes time to understand each client's vision before styling, and uses feed-in techniques with light scalp tension.
