The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express facial for maintenance between full appointments, to a 75-minute new guest facial that begins with a skin analysis, double cleanse, professional exfoliation, a neck and shoulder massage and finishing products. Extra steps such as dermaplaning, LED light, cryo globe therapy, enzyme exfoliation, high frequency or extractions are added according to skin needs. A separate new guest facial focuses on acne and starts with a consultation on its causes. Returning clients can book a longer signature facial, and the somatic facial centers on massage techniques such as lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, gua sha, scalp acupressure and sound healing.

Other treatments include microneedling for scar revision and a microneedling session with a PDRN salmon DNA skin booster, which the studio calls Glass Skin. The studio says its microneedling device is FDA-cleared for treating both acne scars and wrinkles. Chemical peels are selected by the aesthetician after a skin analysis, and clients are asked to stop retinoids, AHAs and BHAs, topical acne medications and exfoliants at least 5 days beforehand, then avoid direct sun and active products afterward. A back treatment combines cleansing, enzyme exfoliation, extractions as needed, back massage, LED light and a customized chemical peel.

An online skin analysis consultation reviews the client's current routine and produces a customized treatment plan and product regimen. The fee can be credited toward product purchases or an in-studio treatment booked after the session. Brow waxing, tinting and shaping, lip waxing and spray tanning (booked by request) are also available. The studio sells skincare from Glymed+, Face Reality and Hale and Hush.

The studio aims to address the root causes of skin concerns and to educate clients about their skin and body. Every facial is customized to the client's skin and goals.
