The studio is open Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Payment options and house calls are listed on the booking page. A hand spa can be added to any pre-booked service. Membership visits include tea or coffee and a movie or show on a large TV.

Appointments follow a clear set of policies. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice carry a fee of 30% of the scheduled service cost, and cancellations within 24 hours count as no-shows. No-shows without prior contact are charged the full service cost, and repeat no-shows are restricted from booking. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, though arriving late may mean skipping nail art or complex designs while the original services are still charged. Some longer appointments require a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the final cost. Deposits are kept for cancellations or reschedules inside the 24-hour window, and a new deposit is needed to rebook.
