Consultations are complimentary, though a valid credit card is needed to book one. Online bookings require a deposit of the full service price to secure the appointment, and a card on file is required for any booking. Rescheduling is handled by calling or texting the salon, and online cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the start time. A deposit from an online cancellation stays on the client's account as credit.
Clients are asked to arrive on time, since arriving 15 minutes late may mean the originally booked service can't be done. Rescheduling or cancelling within 48 hours, or not showing up, results in a charge of the full missed service to the card on file. If a client is not satisfied, they can call within 10 days of the appointment for a complimentary adjustment. The salon does not offer refunds on services. Clients should disclose their hair history and any known reactions to chemical services. Photos and videos may be taken in the salon for marketing, and clients who would rather not be photographed can say so at the front desk.
