The menu is grouped into pedicures, manicures, nail enhancements, add-ons and children's services. Every pedicure begins with a warm soak and ends with a hot-towel hand-off. The Basic pedicure includes a fragranced whirlpool soak, cuticle removal, nail trimming, shaping, buffing, a massage and polish. Higher tiers add callus removal, exfoliation and hydration, a moisturizing mud mask wrapped in hot towels, a 15-minute foot massage, or a 20-minute pressure point reflexology massage on top of the Vixen Deluxe base. The booking platform also lists a Deluxe Herbal Pedicure with botanical ingredients and a foot treatment, taking about an hour or more. Pedicures include a massage chair, and spa chairs are used for services.

Manicures range from a basic service with cuticle care, smooth shaping and a glossy finish to long-wear gel polish in any color, which the salon says can last two to three weeks. Dip powder is offered in color, French and hand-blended ombre finishes. Nail enhancements include builder gel, gel powder and acrylic full sets and fill-ins, and a full set typically takes 75 to 90 minutes. Manicures usually take 30 to 45 minutes and pedicures 45 to 60 minutes. Gel polish added to a pedicure costs $10 more than the listed pedicure price.

Listed prices are starting prices, and the final cost depends on length, design and product and is confirmed at check-in. Gift cards do not expire and can be applied to any service or product in the studio. E-gift cards can be bought online in any amount through the Square gift page, with preset amounts of $25, $35, $45 and $55 also available. Cards can be bought in studio too, where a custom card with a message can be printed.

The salon sterilizes metal instruments after each guest and disinfects spa chairs and footbaths with a hospital-grade cleaner between appointments.
