Most of the menu is hair. Color ranges from gloss and root refreshes to full creative color sessions and color correction, with blonding options such as Babylight and Halo Brightening, several of which can be paired with a haircut. Extensions are a major part of the offering, including a required consultation for new clients, hand-tied maintenance visits, custom color for weft extensions, and removal and restore appointments.

Brow tinting and waxing for brows, chin and lip are also available, as are short treatments for hydration, scalp care, strength and repair, color longevity and gloss that can be added to a visit. A complimentary 30-minute color consultation is offered for clients who are unsure what to book.

A card on file is needed to hold appointments. Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment carry a 50% service fee, and cancellations within 24 hours carry a 100% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM and Friday 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
