Booking is done in advance. Appointments are only confirmed once full payment for the service has been received. Lash fills must be scheduled ahead of time, and if a client arrives late the appointment is shortened to the time left on the booking, and fill appointments cannot be extended past their allotted time.
The studio keeps a few clear rules around its fills and cancellations. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a $65 fee. All services are non-refundable. For a fill to be billed as a fill, at least half of the extensions must be attached to the client's natural lashes; otherwise the standard full set fee applies. Clients who notice significant lash fallout should contact the salon within two days of the appointment, or they may be charged for a fill or a full set. If an allergic reaction occurs, a complimentary removal is offered.
