The suite has on-site parking and building security, and neighboring restaurants and shops are nearby. The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is closed on Sundays.

Appointments are made by text, phone or email, and text is the preferred way to reach the studio. Cash, Zelle and Apple Pay are accepted. Clients are asked not to wear mascara to their appointment.

Extensions come in several styles. Wispy sets place one to three extensions on each natural lash, 6D volume uses six per lash, hybrid sets blend classic and volume looks, and mega volume fans seven or more ultra-fine extensions onto each lash. Mega volume volume, length and style can be customized. A new set takes roughly 50 to 90 minutes depending on the style. Refills are priced by how long it has been since the last set, and a refill needs at least 30% of the previous lashes still in place or a new set may be charged.

Beyond extensions, the studio offers a keratin lash lift and perm for natural lashes. It uses conditioning and perming lotions with a silicone shield to curl the lashes and takes about 45 to 50 minutes. Extension removal uses an eye-safe removal cream and takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

Styles run from natural-looking to full volume, and mega volume sets can be adjusted in volume, length and style to suit the client.
