About

VIVA MedSpa is located in Plano and says it has served Plano and the Dallas-Fort Worth area for over 20 years. Clients come from Plano, Dallas, McKinney, Frisco, Allen and surrounding communities. Medical direction is provided by Dr. Jeff Angobaldo, a board-certified plastic surgeon, and the business says its clinical work follows his protocols and oversight.

The menu is organized into injectables, laser and light treatments, skincare, wellness and memberships. Injectables include Botox and Dysport, hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane, nasolabial filler, Kybella, Sculptra and Skinvive. Laser and light options include CO2 laser resurfacing, laser hair removal, BBL Photofacial, IPL, VelaShape body contouring, the Auralux Hair Lamp, and non-invasive facelift and neck lift treatments. Skincare includes HydraFacial, chemical peels, facials, SkinPen microneedling and dermaplaning, and the wellness menu covers GLP-1 weight loss, NAD+ therapy, IV therapy, hair restoration and hair transplant, and exosome and PRP injections.

A visit begins with a consultation, which the business requires for all treatments, and the team builds a customized plan from there. Injections are administered by licensed nurse injectors and aesthetic specialists. Financing is offered through Cherry, Alphaeon, CareCredit and PatientFi, and online booking is available. Walk-ins are accepted on Saturdays.

Two membership plans are offered for Botox. The Essentials Plan has a one-time enrollment fee, a monthly fee, Botox priced per unit, a 20-unit minimum per visit, 10% off medspa services and no long-term commitment. The Platinum Plan is a monthly fee that includes 150 Botox units a year, up to 50 units per treatment, monthly HydraFacials, and discounts on other injectables and laser services. The business lists estimated annual Botox costs for each plan based on four treatments a year and notes that membership prices are estimates.

Each client starts with a personalized consultation and a customized treatment plan, and the business describes its services as a non-surgical option with little or no downtime.

The site describes the setting as advanced technology combined with a calm, spa-like feel.
