The studio runs out of a private suite near Cypress, Texas, and keeps appointments one-on-one. Each visit is unhurried and shaped around the individual client, so the time spent is not split between several guests.

The operator is a licensed nail technician. The business says it aims to exceed TDLR sanitation standards, a claim the studio makes about its own practice. Its focus is teaching clients how to care for their natural nails, whether or not they choose an enhancement.

Enhancement options include Synergy Hard Gel full sets and refills, acrylic full sets in clear, cover nude and cover pink, Mani-Q Fiber Gel with keratin, and encapsulation. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks at most. After three weeks, a rebalance is required, and refills and rebalances are offered only on sets done at the salon. Sets applied by another technician can be taken on as a foreign refill, but the studio evaluates each one for product compatibility, lifting, structure and nail health and cannot guarantee work done elsewhere.

Repairs are handled per nail and priced by length and art, and clients are asked to send a photo of the break before booking. Sculpted repairs are limited to three per appointment, and a new set is needed when four or more nails are broken. Cut-down service is priced by how much length is removed, and length changes made during an appointment need an added cut down.

Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Appointments before 9 am or after 6 pm carry a $20 charge.

Clients are guided on caring for their natural nails, whether or not they choose enhancements.
