The menu covers waxing for the face and neck, arms, underarms, back, body, bikini, legs and full body, plus vagacial treatments and a line of jelly and bikini masks. Full body waxing is one of Tiara's main specialties, and the full body service covers the arms, legs, butt, stomach, chest, underarms, back and Brazilian area.
The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Clients can talk during a service or choose a silent service at no charge, in which case they are greeted when they arrive and when they leave. Appointments have a 10-minute grace period, after which a $10 late fee applies.
Wax packages are paid upfront and are non-refundable, though they do not expire until used. Payment plans are possible for the 6 and 10 packages with approval. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
Clients must be 18 or older to book, and those 17 and younger need signed parental consent. Cancellations can be made online up to 4 hours before the appointment; later changes need a call or text. Cancellations or reschedules within 3 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the service price.
