VIVA brow co Raleigh Studio

VIVA brow co works from a studio at 6600 Six Forks Rd., Suite 103 Unit 02 in Raleigh, NC 27615, and a second location at 4A North Main St. in Franklinton, NC 27525.

Clients have a five-minute grace period for every appointment. Arrivals after that window may be moved to a new time, adjusted, or charged a fee. Because the studio has limited space, appointments are for the booked client only. If guests attend, the appointment may be rescheduled and a 50% service fee may apply.

Changes need at least 24 hours' notice and are made through the link in the confirmation email. Cancelling or rescheduling inside 24 hours is charged at 50% of the scheduled service, and a no-show is charged the full service and may cost the client access to future bookings. Deposits are non-refundable, and each reschedule after the first requires a new deposit.

Payment can be made by Venmo, Zelle, Square card or contactless payment, or exact cash. Card payments through Square may carry a small processing fee. The booking site also lets clients check the balance on a code.
