Visits take place inside the shopping center, where parking is free. The studio has three waxing rooms, a facial room, and a wet room used for body scrubs and massage, plus two chairs for hair and barbering. Intimate waxing uses a custom stripless wax applied at low temperature. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long, and clients are asked to avoid shaving for two to three weeks before. Brazilian waxes take about 15 minutes for new clients and 10 to 15 minutes for returning ones, and results typically last three to six weeks. Clients can be serviced during their period if they wear a tampon or menstrual cup.

The chemical peel bar ranges from mild to strong, from exfoliating peels to Jessner's, Ultra Peel and retinol peels. Jessner's peels typically cause three to five days of flaking and light peeling, while retinol peels typically begin peeling two to three days after treatment and can last up to ten days. Waxing and a facial can be booked in one visit, and the studio recommends booking the waxing first. Microblading uses semi-permanent ink placed into the skin with a needle and takes about one to two hours. The salon says most clients rate the discomfort at one to two out of ten and that its pigments are organic, regulated and designed to fade slowly.

Booking is available online, by phone, through the booking app or through the Google business page, and walk-ins are accepted when there is availability. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. Major credit and debit cards, cash and digital payments are accepted, and gratuity for the esthetician can be added at checkout. Gift cards and package pricing are available.
