The practice's approach looks beyond appearance, addressing hormonal balance, functional health, skin integrity and overall well-being. Every plan starts with a consultation that covers skin, medical history and goals, and then moves into a sequence of treatments. Each plan is built around the patient's goals and timeline, and the number of sessions is stated up front. Consultations run 30 to 45 minutes. Hormone, weight loss and general planning questions can start virtually, while skin, laser and injectable planning requires an in-person assessment. Exact pricing is given at the consultation, before anything is scheduled, and the consultation fee is usually credited toward the first treatment booked.

Services are grouped into skin and face, body and metabolic, restore and plan, and laser and light. Skin work includes medical-grade facials, peels, dermaplaning and skin resurfacing for collagen remodelling. Injectables include neurotoxin and hyaluronic acid filler placed to treat movement and proportion, with a complimentary follow-up two weeks after injectables. Pro-Nox Comfort, patient-controlled nitrous oxide, is offered for comfort during injectable visits. The body and metabolic group covers physician-led hormone optimization, GLP-1 weight loss programs, IV infusions, on-site blood work, and same-day acute primary care for everyday illness and minor injury.

Patients can pay by major credit card, debit card, or HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical services. Financing is available through Cherry, CareCredit and Affirm. Aesthetic treatments aren't covered by insurance, and the practice works on a private-pay basis. Membership includes a monthly treatment credit, ongoing discounts, priority scheduling and member rates on medical-grade skincare. Minors under 18 can be seen for certain concerns if a parent or guardian is present and agrees, though injectables and most laser services are limited to adults. Children aren't allowed at treatment appointments. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 4 PM; the office is closed Sunday and Monday. Parking is available in the building's garage, and the suite is wheelchair accessible, with an elevator from the garage.
