Two-session packages are available for dermaplaning, Korean CryoThermal, Glo2 Deluxe, HydroFacial and exosome facials, at a lower price than the sessions bought separately. Sessions can be booked as separate appointments, subject to package terms and availability. Packages are non-transferable unless the spa approves an exception in writing, and they cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the total service cost. Retail product sales are final, with exchanges allowed within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
