A visit usually starts with a conversation. First-time clients can book a free 15-minute consultation in person or virtually with Maureen or one of the nurses, and the team takes time to learn about each client's concerns, health history, lifestyle and goals before suggesting a plan. Hormone program clients begin with a free discovery call, followed by a Men's Hormone Assessment that includes bloodwork interpretation, a consult with a nurse practitioner and a symptom review. The practice describes its setting as welcoming, somewhere people can talk through what they are dealing with without feeling rushed.

On the aesthetic side, injectable plans are customized to each client's facial anatomy and preferences, and the practice aims for subtle, natural-looking changes. Options include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, lip enhancement and PRP injections. Microneedling is offered as SkinPen, RF microneedling, SylfirmX, SylfirmX RF and microneedling with PRP, and laser options include the CO2 laser, CoolPeel facials and a combined CO2 laser and CoolPeel treatment. Esthetician treatments are chosen around each client's skin type, concerns and goals, use professional products and come with a home routine to support the in-office work. Hair restoration plans may combine PRP or PRF, microneedling, peptide serums and a SylfirmX scalp treatment. Waxing covers face, brows, underarms, legs, full body, bikini and Brazilian areas, and body services include Liquid Lipo and professional spray tanning.

Hormone health care is built around programs. For women, the care covers perimenopause and menopause, with bioidentical hormone therapy when it is a good fit, and programs run six, nine or twelve months. Vitality Access includes five remote visits, at least one with a nurse practitioner, and unlimited weekday messaging with the care team. Vitality Elite adds monthly visits, three full lab panels, a DEXA scan, CGM and a body composition scale, along with a choice of one women's wellness track covering sexual wellness, cardiovascular and metabolic health, or bone and muscular health. For men, the focus is energy, strength and metabolic support. Men's TRT is a maintenance-focused testosterone and enclomiphene program with medication included at the base dose, three check-ins a year, weekday messaging and two blood panels a year. Performance Reset, Elevate and Legacy combine hormone care with coaching. Medical weight loss can include GLP-1 or GLP-1/GIP medication when appropriate, with personalized dosing, medical monitoring, nutrition and lifestyle guidance and a twelve-week email and text support series.

Wellness services include IV drips, NAD+ IV therapy, vitamin and nutrient shots, peptide therapy, sauna suite sessions, personalized lab reviews and lifestyle coaching. Resources include a free five-day video series, a webinar series, an email series and advisory coaching that works alongside a client's existing care team.
