Every visit begins with a complimentary 3D skin analysis, an imaging assessment that reviews up to 18 skin concerns, including pigmentation, sun damage, hydration, texture and pore congestion. The esthetician uses that reading to shape each step of a facial, from cleansing and exfoliation through mask, serums and finishing care. Facials are offered for dry, oily, sensitive and combination skin, and for concerns such as acne, acne scars, anti-aging, dullness, large pores and melasma.

The studio puts particular emphasis on melasma and hyperpigmentation for melanin-rich and diverse skin tones, using pigment-safe protocols rather than lasers or IPL for those concerns. Peels are not a standard house peel: the acid, strength and timing are chosen after skin imaging. Microneedling and nanoneedling are matched to each client's skin, and the esthetician checks comfort throughout.

Multi-session treatment bundles are sold at a single fixed price. Two examples are the Clear Skin Acne Program and the Melasma Correction Series. Three membership tiers, named Vitalis Glow, Vitalis Radiance and Vitalis Luxe, are charged every quarter and earn Glow Points that carry forward into the following quarter and never lapse. Gift cards, a loyalty scheme and a referral scheme are offered as well.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin type, concerns and goals rather than set protocols, and begin with a 3D skin analysis.
