Massage is the core of the menu. Signature and Specialty Massages run from 30-minute sessions up to a 120-minute Vital Massage, which blends several bodywork techniques over heating pads. Other options include a Vital Luxe massage with hot stones, a CBD oil massage, a Detox Bliss session that combines Swedish and deep-tissue work with cupping, and a Side by Side massage for two people who are a couple, close friends or family. Prenatal massage is offered in the second and third trimesters with a doctor's release, and hot stone massage and body wraps are not offered to expecting mothers. Reiki sessions are done fully clothed.

Float therapy takes place in a private suite using highly concentrated salt water, with intro, standard and two-hour sessions. The infrared sauna offers 20, 30, 45 and 60-minute sessions, using full spectrum heaters that cover near, mid and far infrared wavelengths. The business says its SoloCarbon heating technology is the most proven far infrared heater on the market, and that infrared sauna use may assist with detoxification, immunity, heart health, muscle recovery and relaxation.

Facials range from a 30-minute express facial to a 90-minute Glow Infusion Nano Facial that uses nanotechnology and LED light therapy with Green Envee serums. The Vital Signature Facial is listed as suitable for all skin types. Peels come in acne-prone, anti-aging and brightening versions, each a 60-minute treatment offered as a single session or a series of four or six. The spa does not recommend peels for first-time facial guests or for sensitive skin. Body treatments focus on salt scrubs and wraps, and the Restore + Perk package pairs a coffee and Dead Sea salt polish and an aloe wrap with a Scentsation massage. Brow and lash services specialize in lamination, tints and lifts, and hair removal covers chin, lip, brow, underarm and brow and lip waxing.

Memberships are billed monthly and range from one float per month to unlimited floats, with massage and skin care tiers that include a monthly complimentary 30-minute sauna and 10 percent off retail products. A payment method must be on file to book, and all major credit cards are accepted. Cancellations need 24 hours notice for single appointments and 72 hours for groups or packages of three or more services; later cancellations are charged 50 percent of each service, and missed appointments are charged in full. Late arrivals are seen if time allows, at the original fee. Some treatment rooms are upstairs, so guests with trouble on stairs should say so when booking. There is no locker room and blow dryers are not allowed. Gratuity is not included in prices, and 15 to 20 percent is customary.

Treatments are individualized. Massage sessions open with a personal consultation and end with post-massage recommendations.

The spa keeps a quiet setting, asking guests to silence phones and keep their voices low during treatments.
