The stated mission is to help women in the Gallatin community feel beautiful, confident and empowered, and to help individuals embrace their natural beauty through personalized aesthetic treatments and holistic approaches.

Certain aesthetic services require a consultation first. Skin, injectable and body contouring consultations cost $50, start at 30 minutes, and go toward a service or product bought within 30 days. Chemical peel candidates meet with a licensed aesthetician to choose the right peel, and a complimentary skincare consultation is offered with the skincare specialist. Clients book through the Vita app, which also shows past appointments and package, gift card and membership balances. A credit card is taken at booking, and services are paid in full right after they are performed. Office hours are 9am to 4pm Central, Tuesday through Friday, with Monday visits by appointment only.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged $50, with one grace cancellation allowed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeits the appointment and carries a $50 charge, and a no-show is charged $100. Cash refunds are not offered; office credit for other services is considered case by case. Memberships give special rates on services and products plus member-only perks, and cover options such as monthly facials, skincare treatments, injectable maintenance and lasers. Referral rewards apply when a referred friend is new to the business and spends more than $100 on the first visit, with no limit on rewards.

Wellness services include hormone replacement therapy, which uses physician-prescribed medication with ongoing lab testing and monitoring, and is overseen by a board-certified doctor. The medical weight loss program pairs prescription medication with diet, exercise and lifestyle changes. It starts with a $99 consultation to check eligibility, and exams and testing look for medical conditions or hormone imbalances that may affect weight. Follow-up visits are monthly, in person or by telehealth. IV therapy, NAD+ therapy, vitamins, supplements and peptides are also offered.

Each treatment plan is tailored to the client, with an emphasis on education about skin, products and treatments and a whole-patient view of care.
