The practice was founded by Inna Prokopenko, a registered nurse and master injector who began her career at a dermatology practice focused on clinical research. Viso works in collaboration with Dr. Bryan V. Sonntag, MD, a board-certified plastic surgeon. A medical assistant with more than 21 years in cosmetic dermatology also works at the practice.

Botox Cosmetic is used for glabellar lines, forehead lines, crow's feet, pucker lines around the mouth, frown lines and neck bands. Separate Botox treatments address excessive sweating in the hands, underarms and feet, and Microtox uses Botox for fine lines and wrinkles. Botox can also be placed in muscles involved in clenching and teeth grinding. Dermal fillers are placed in the lips, jawline, tear troughs, temples, forehead, eyebrows, cheeks, chin, laugh lines and hands, with Juvederm products including Voluma XC, Volux XC, Vollure XC, Ultra Plus XC, Ultra XC and Volbella XC. PDO thread lifts address the neck, jowls, jawline, nasolabial folds, crow's feet, eyebrows, cheeks and marionette lines. SkinVive by Juvederm, a hyaluronic acid microdroplet treatment, is also offered.

Free consultations are offered for filler treatments and SkinVive. Filler pricing depends on the product and the look a client wants, and prices are discussed at the first consultation. Filler visits take about 60 to 90 minutes with little to no downtime. Free topical numbing cream is provided for filler and SkinVive, and ice is recommended before and after filler to reduce swelling. Clients with a major event coming up are advised to book filler about two weeks ahead, since swelling and bruising are possible. SkinVive sessions last about 15 minutes, with mild swelling or bumpiness for up to a few days and results lasting up to six months. Gift cards are available.

Botox results usually appear within 3 to 14 days and may last three months or longer, depending on the area treated. Follow-up treatments every three to four months are recommended to keep results in place, and medical grade skin care is suggested alongside regular Botox appointments. Most PDO thread lift patients return to normal activities after a day, and minor inflammation and bruising usually settle within two weeks. The practice says its PDO threads are FDA approved.
