Visits are one-on-one and calm. Treatments are planned around each client's skin goals, and the spa emphasizes education, so clients leave understanding their skin and their routine. Clients commonly come in to work on acne, signs of aging, a dull complexion, or simply to relax.

The menu is built around a few signature facials. Tell Me What I Need is a customized facial, with a separate version for new clients and a more results-focused version for returning clients. The Ultimate Dewdrop Facial is a longer customized session that can combine hydro-dermabrasion, nano infusion, LED light, specialty masks, exfoliation, and a massage. Nano Infusion uses tiny silicone tips to help serums penetrate, and corrective peels use exfoliating acids.

Beyond facials, the spa offers lash lifts and tints, henna-free brow shaping and tinting, brow lamination after a consultation, and waxing for the face. Several bundles pair an express facial with lash and brow services. Teen facials are available for clients ages 11 to 17. Clients can also book a 30-minute virtual skincare consultation by video or phone, and retail skincare is available for at-home routines.
